In the event that you decide to cancel your services with Riconnect Virtual Assistance Services, we require 30 days written notice. However, if for any reason you decide to cancel your outsourcing services during your initial 3 month commitment, the balance of the 3 months must be paid to us in full.

Prior to being a VA, I was with the BPO industry for 14 years handling Technical Support for US clients, Healthcare Insurance Support, and Real Estate Product and Admin Support.
