From Frustration to Focus: The RiConnect Journey

Our founder, after leaving a corporate job, became a virtual assistant. He saw firsthand how business owners were overwhelmed by daily tasks that didn’t drive growth. These tasks were holding them back from scaling their businesses. That’s why Riconnect Virtual Assistance Services was born in 2017.

A Story of Strength and Growth: In 2021, Rico, our founder faced a personal challenge – a cancer diagnosis with stage 2E Nodular Sclerosis Hodgkin Lymphoma (NSHL). With determination and a smile, he continued to manage our assistants and provide the stellar service that made RiConnect the leading VA agency in Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. During his treatment, he discovered a renewed appreciation for fitness and exercise. This revelation has become a core value at RiConnect, influencing how we want to better the lives of everyone we work with.
